This page is a tribute to the life and service of John Peter Humphrey's who sadly passed on the 30th of November 2020. A dedicated husband, devoted father and doting grandfather. John otherwise known as Pete to family and friends, lived a full and meaningful life, filled with travelling, serving his country and helping to support and raise a wonderful family. He dedicated his life to not only his country but to his family especially his wife carol of 60 years. His gentle, loving and caring nature stretched far beyond humans to animals, having had many family pets and rescue animals over his lifetime. He was a skilled craftsman and could turn his hand to anything whether it be wood working, gardening or even cooking. Whether family or friends we were truly blessed to have had the honour to love and live beside a man so selfless, honourable and most of all kind. Words cannot describe the loss left behind after Johns passing however its not goodbye forever, just goodbye for now. We love you always.
